What does your role bring to the table?
The Senior Manager of Supply
Chain role reports to the VP of Procurement and is responsible for fully
owning and driving end‑to‑end supply chain execution and outcomes that ensures
consistent product availability, cost control, and operational reliability
across all Snooze restaurants. This role exists to translate procurement
strategy into clear, measurable operational results while proactively managing
cost, risk, and supply continuity across the system.
This role leads core supply chain functions including inventory management, distributor performance, vendor compliance, contract execution, pricing accuracy, and system data integrity. The Senior Manager of Supply Chain is accountable for translating procurement strategy into day‑to‑day operational execution, partnering closely with culinary, operations, finance, and external partners to support menu rollouts, new restaurant openings, and ongoing supply continuity.
This position leverages strong analytical and technical skills to monitor performance metrics, identify risk, and drive continuous improvement across the supply network. The overall impact of this role is to reduce disruption, improve in‑stock performance, manage cost and risk, and enable Snooze’s growth through a scalable, disciplined supply chain operation. Through the partnership with the VP Procurement, you will drive critical key initiatives surrounding purchasing, sourcing, vendor relationships, restaurant management collaboration, and overall departmental functionality. This role operates as a central point of accountability, driving alignment and execution across internal stakeholders and external partners.

Denver area base salary
range: $90,000-$120,000 per year
The base salary range above
represents the low and high end of the Snooze salary range for this position.
Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various
factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location,
merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular
and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Snooze’s
total compensation package for employees.
