rooftop terrace, showcasing sustainable seafood from British waters. Head Chef, Craig Johnston’
picture-perfect plates and the extensive wine lists have established Angler as a destination dining
experience. Although known for sensational seafood, vegetarians and carnivores are also well
catered for with the best seasonal and local produce.
As D&D London’s first hotel, South Place Hotel is quite rightly something special: boutique, luxurious and fresh faced. Described by Wallpaper magazine as ‘Miami via Moorgate’, the hotel has 80 guest rooms, Michelin starred Angler restaurant as well as 3 South Place Restaurant, and five bars. With an array of meeting and event spaces as well as the stunning Secret Garden and rooftop terrace overlooking the Capital.

A bit about what you will be doing:
We're seeking a passionate Michelin Star trained Chef de Partie with exceptional attention to detail, and a positive attitude to enrich join Head Chef Craig Johnston and his team at Angler Restaurant. As the Chef de Partie, you'll hold a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of your section, maintaining efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity throughout.
Your responsibilities will encompass meticulous oversight and adherence to all food safety and health regulations, guaranteeing the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Additionally, you'll demonstrate versatility by working across various sections of the kitchen.
