As a Host, you'll be one of the first people our guests interact with and help set the tone for their entire experience. Whether you're welcoming someone in, managing the waitlist, or helping the team during a busy shift, you'll play an important part in creating the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with a friendly and positive attitude
• Manage the waitlist and help seat guests efficiently
• Maintain table rotation and communicate with the service team
• Provide menus and answer basic questions about the restaurant
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest questions
• Check in with guests and help resolve concerns when appropriate
• Learn our menu and confidently share information with guests
• Keep the host area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Jump in and support the restaurant team when needed
• Help us deliver a great experience to every guest

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with guests
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and positive in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Previous restaurant or hosting experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members to perform the essential functions of the position
• Current Food Handler certification or ability to obtain one as required

Via 313 was born from two brothers who grew up in a hard-working, blue-collar area of Detroit and brought the pizza they loved to Texas. Our pizza is inspired by traditional Detroit-style pies and the neighborhood pizza shops that helped make the style what it is today.
