Kitchen Porter, WatchHouse. 

In Short: The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a professional kitchen and be confident and skilled in service. We serve a seasonal and fresh menu based around British Brunch Cuisine. From the classic smashed avo to specials such as our famous watchHouse pancakes. - you’ll play a key role in crafting an experience that’s as delicious as it is memorable. 

You’ll be responsible for: 

  • Assisting with food preparation and service delivery during busy brunch services. 

  • Supporting the team with a variety of kitchen duties — from washing cutleryplating dishes, to storing deliveries efficiently. 

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, including sanitising workstationscleaning floorshandling refuse, and upholding food safety regulations throughout the shift. 

  • Working with professional kitchen equipment and following best practices in a fast-paced hospitality environment. 

Key Skills: 

  • You have experience working in a professional kitchen and feel confident supporting during busy services. 

  • You’re energetic, proactive, and a natural team player who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised and smooth-running kitchen. 

  • You’re excited about seasonal food and are eager to introduce guests to the WatchHouse brunch experience. 

  • You’re flexible and open to supporting across our London Houses when required.
