Kitchen Porter, WatchHouse.
In Short: The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a professional kitchen and be confident and skilled in service. We serve a seasonal and fresh menu based around British Brunch Cuisine. From the classic smashed avo to specials such as our famous watchHouse pancakes. - you’ll play a key role in crafting an experience that’s as delicious as it is memorable.
You’ll be responsible for:
Assisting with food preparation and service delivery during busy brunch services.
Supporting the team with a variety of kitchen duties — from washing cutlery, plating dishes, to storing deliveries efficiently.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, including sanitising workstations, cleaning floors, handling refuse, and upholding food safety regulations throughout the shift.
Working with professional kitchen equipment and following best practices in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Skills:
You have experience working in a professional kitchen and feel confident supporting during busy services.
You’re energetic, proactive, and a natural team player who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised and smooth-running kitchen.
You’re excited about seasonal food and are eager to introduce guests to the WatchHouse brunch experience.
You’re flexible and open to supporting across our London Houses when required.
