We have an exciting new opportunity for a restaurant / hotel reservations assistant to join our Central Reservations Team.

As Reservations Assistant you will ensure every enquiry is maximised. You will assist in managing all bookings using our booking platforms.

We are looking for someone to work mixture of weekday evenings & weekends which will all be based at the Wheelwrights Arms and offers a flexible schedule over 7 days a week. 

Description of what the role covers

·        To ensure that all calls and online enquiries are responded to in a professional and timely manner

·        Take table & bedroom reservations and cross selling between sites as required

·        Working closely with all pub managers and ensure guest satisfaction

·        Delivering an exceptional guest service

·        Full training will be provided

·        Laptop & phone will also be provided

About you

The Ideal candidate will need to have previous experience in a similar role, have a pro-active and motivated attitude, attention to detail and a passion for exceeding guests’ expectations.

• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others
• Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks
• Good communications skills in order to handle guests’ requests
• Passionate about assisting with managing all phone & email reservations, enquiries and bookings
• Detailed to ensure a smooth day to day running of reservations through our booking systems
• Have strong interpersonal and organisational skills
