• Giving every guest a warm welcome and great first impression

• Taking food and drink orders and handling payments

• Serving hot & cold drinks, including alcohol

• Keeping the pub clean, safe, and inviting

• Supporting the management team when needed

• Delivering excellent service from start to finish

• Thriving in a high-energy, high-volume environment

• Learning new skills and growing your confidence every shift

✅ What we’re looking for

• 18+ years old (due to licensing laws)

• Friendly, confident, and a great communicator

• Organised with good decision-making skills

• Willing to learn and take on new opportunities

• A team player with a positive attitude

• Some knowledge of food, wine, or beer is a bonus

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Right to work in the UK

Previous experience in a pub or restaurant is great — but not essential.
