Accounting & Receiving/Warehouse
The Accounting Department is responsible for handling all of the accounting and finance functions of the Club, the real estate developer and the property owners associations. This includes accounts payable, accounts receivable and all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting. In addition, our central warehouse and the related shipping/receiving function are part of the Accounting Department. The Accounting and Warehouse offices are located in Bozeman, MT. Cabins & Rentals
The Cabins and Rentals team serves as the main point of contact for the Rental Home Program clients to whom they are assigned. The team will welcome each arriving Member or guest to the Club, prepare the cabins and rental homes for arrival and ensure an exceptional experience. The team is the face of Yellowstone Club Residential Services, customizing, engaging, anticipating, and ensuring that their contribution to the overall guest experience meets Yellowstone Club Standards.
Concierge & Locker Room
Employees on our Concierge team handle travel arrangements, restaurant and event reservations, as well as billing of special services for Members and guests. The Concierge team works hand-in-hand with our Members and guests to make recommendations for activities and ensuring memorable experiences, while maintaining communication and dispersing information. The Locker Room Attendants are those that provide service of personal items to Members and guests in the assigned locker rooms. If you love working with people, providing outstanding guest service, and have a keen eye for detail, Concierge or Locker Room Attendant may be an area of interest for you.
The Culinary team at Yellowstone Club includes Stewards, Cooks, Sous Chefs, and the kitchen’s leadership team up to and including our Executive Chef. If your passion is cooking, preparing fine food, or just preparing an amazing hamburger, Yellowstone Club has an outlet for you. With 15+ kitchens and food outlets, our team prepares some amazing food. We also have restaurants on the side of the mountain, (we call them Yurts) which are fun, exciting venues where our employees truly have the opportunity to take care of our Members and guests in a fun environment. We also prepare food for weddings, in-home catering, our Friday night BBQs in the summer, and other special events. If your passion is food, we’re looking for you.
With 1,700+ employees in the winter and 800+ employees in the summer, our Employee Transportation team makes sure they all get to work on time, safely and efficiently. The Club stretches over 15,000 acres and has 60+ miles of roads. Our drivers are an important aspect to deliver our employees to their work sites throughout the day and evening. Facilities & Fleet
Yellowstone Club has over 1,000,000 square feet of building space that needs to be maintained and ensured that everything is working harmoniously together: the buildings and systems, the fleet of vehicles and equipment, and providing services to hundreds of private homes that require special care and attention. If you have experience in HVAC, painting, construction, electricity, boiler systems, (or other mechanicals), or love to work on cars and vans diagnosing engines and troubleshooting, then take a look at the available positions in our Facilities & Fleet department.
Yellowstone Club is one of the only private Clubs in the world that has its own private fire department. The fire department operates with state-of-the-art equipment and responds to emergencies over our 15,000+ acres. Additionally, there is a full-time medic on board and an emergency clinic that operates during the busy winter season. The Fitness Team provides group sessions and one-on-one workouts for our Members and guests in our Spa and Fitness area. Additionally, Members who prefer a private session are given the opportunity to sign up with one of our personal trainers for yoga to an extreme workout or anything in between. They also oversee the pool which is open in the summer and provides a relaxing place to spend a warm Montana afternoon. Food & Beverage
One of the amenities that our Members and guests value most is the dining experience our Food & Beverage team delivers day in and day out. From fine dining to casual grills, specialty cocktails and premium wines to coffees and smoothies, Yellowstone Club delivers it all at the highest caliber possible. If you have barista, serving, hosting, bussing, bartending or Food & Beverage management experience, a passion for delivering personalized service, and a desire to create unforgettable memories for our Members and their guests, then we’re looking for you.
Maintaining the golf course including greens, tees, fairways along with the surrounding vegetation is the responsibility of the Golf Maintenance team. Grooming these playing areas on the golf course in a planned out maintenance operation is a huge focus for this team. If you love working outdoors and enjoy operating various types of maintenance equipment that is involved in taking care of a world-class golf course, this would be a great opportunity. Additionally, we have landscaper positions in our Landscape Maintenance department available that involve operating equipment and working with trees, flowers and shrubs throughout the Yellowstone Club property.
Our Golf Operations team is fortunate to have the opportunity to work at an amazing Tom Weiskopf designed course, stretching through the beautiful Montana mountain scenery. Our golf course leaves everyone who plays in amazement with its natural beauty. During the summer, the Yellowstone Club golf course hosts a wide variety of tournaments, specialty events, instructional opportunities, in addition to having a state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator and expansive retail shop. The Housekeeping team is responsible for efficient and orderly management of cleaning Member and guest homes to a very high standard. You’ll have the opportunity to clean one-of-a-kind residences in an amazing, scenic environment. The Human Resources team is focused on the employee experience from the day an employee completes an application and is hired with us at Yellowstone Club until the day they leave. This includes recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, benefits, employee housing, employee recognition and also ensures compliance with laws. HR is the “hub” of activity for employees at Yellowstone Club. Kids Recreation, Childcare and Youth Ski Instruction
Outdoor Pursuits for Kids (OPK) embodies the concept of safety, fun, and learning for all young Members at Yellowstone Club. OPK Childcare Counselors are responsible for the care and supervision of children ages 12 months+. Indoor Recreation Attendants plan events, interact with youth, and maintain daily operations of 20 Below; a recreation facility equipped with a movie theater, sport court, and climbing wall. In the summer months, Camp Counselors implement camp days for kids along with overnight camping trips. In the winter months, Children’s Specialist Instructors teach skiing to youth ages 2-7, through building trust in a fun learning environment.
Laundry & Lodgekeeping
The Laundry team is responsible for laundry for Member homes as well as all of the linens, towels, aprons, chef coats and other uniform and linen items needed for our daily operations. Lodgekeeping takes care of the shared spaces and common areas in all of our lodges, restaurants, and offices within the Club. Lift Electrical & Lift Maintenance
If your skills as a mechanic or electrician have been working in skiing resorts, then we’re looking for you. Our Lift Electrical and Lift Maintenance teams make sure we have the safest and highest maintained chair lifts and gondolas in the world. As the Club grows, each team is responsible for all new and existing lifts and is an integral part of bringing new experiences to our Members and guests. They perform routine and non-routine maintenance to ensure all lifts operate safely.
Our Lift Operations team ensures the safe loading and unloading of our 19+ lifts serving over 2,700 skiable acres of world class terrain. YC Lift Operators not only operate the ski lift machinery, but they provide exceptional Member and guest service as well. This position is perfect for those that love being outside, interacting with Members and guests, and being an integral part of a ski area operation.
Mountain Operations involves everything from grooming the slopes for the optimum Member and guest experience to maintaining and repairing equipment, keeping the lifts operating safely and efficiently, and safety on the slopes with Ski Patrol. Early in the season, the snowmakers create the magic of new found snow while waiting for Mother Nature to help. The Mountain Operations team “maintains the mountains” and is critical to the success of the Club. Operations Management includes the senior level leadership of the Club as well as support positions. This team is responsible for overseeing the operations of Yellowstone Club Restaurants, Spa, Mountain Operations, Outdoor Pursuits, Facilities & Fleet, Valet, Residential Communities, Golf and every aspect of the Club’s successful operations.
Outdoor Pursuits is a team of world-class professionals who facilitate safe, fun, and memorable outdoor experiences that transform the lives of Yellowstone Club Members and guests. We are passionate about sharing healthy, active mountain lifestyles and activities through our fun-filled departments; Snowsports, OP Kids, and Summer Activities.
Photography & Design
The Photography & Design department “captures the moment” either through video or still photography for our Members, guests and Club events. They also write and edit Member communications which keep our Members informed of what’s happening around the Club through managing the internal Member website and creating the weekly Member publication, The Gazette. In addition, they design menus, event flyers, and other signage. Within the photography area, their creativity and professionalism makes lasting memories that embrace the beauty of the landscape, the wildlife and the experience of the Club.
Yellowstone Club Property Management provides inclusive, holistic property management services exclusively for Yellowstone Club Members. Each one of our property managers possesses an intuitive knowledge of home systems and exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of home care. Our comprehensive suite of services is designed to provide ease of ownership while Members are away and exceptional experiences while Members are in residence. Property Owners Association
Our Property Owners Associations provide opportunities for our Member communities to share ideas, negotiate services, and formulate construction solutions for new developments. Retail & Rental
The Retail & Rental teams provide the clothing and equipment to ensure our Members and guests have an amazing experience at the Club. Retail offers outdoor sports equipment, clothing for all seasons, YC signature logo items, and a variety of products our Members and guests enjoy owning. The Rental team personally fits our Members and guests with top of the line winter and summer sports equipment to ensure they have a positive and enjoyable experience at the Club. Sales & Marketing
Successful business growth depends on interpersonal relationships with prospects interested in purchasing property at the Club. Our Sales & Marketing team prepares state-of-the-art products and services to share with current and prospective Members. These team members are critical to the success of the Club through residential sales at Yellowstone Club by representing all that the Club has to offer. The YC Marketing team handles all external marketing presence for the Club, including web, print, social media, photography, videography and public relations. The goal of the Club's marketing efforts is to represent a positive brand presence and showcase the entirety of the club to build the Membership without exposing the Member's privacy.
The Security team provides professional safety and security services to Yellowstone Club to protect the privacy of Members and guests at all times while on YC property. Our Members value their privacy and it’s up to the Security team to ensure it for not only our Members, but our employees as well. The Ski Patrol team promotes Member and guest safety with on-snow supervision on varied terrain including beginning slopes up to high altitude alpine locations with quickly changing winter weather conditions. Ski Patrol includes avalanche control & snow safety, medical first response & first aid at an EMT level, and risk management & hazard analysis. YC Snowsports delivers extraordinary ski and snowboard experiences to Members and guests. Instructors are responsible for creating safe, fun, and engaging lessons on YC’s world-class private ski terrain. The Spa offers various health treatments including massage therapy, facials, and manicures/pedicures to our Club Members & guests. The Special Events team organizes, creates, manages and executes memorable events such as Club sponsored functions, weddings, Member group meetings, and parties for Members and their guests. This includes planning from the inception to execution to breakdown and billing of the event. This talented team of professionals utilize their creativity and the specialness of the YC property to deliver amazing Member and guest experiences in both winter and summer seasons.
Summer Activities facilitates all outdoor experiences for Yellowstone Club Members and guests. YC’s 15,000+ acre footprint within the greater Yellowstone Ecosystem is our playground for hiking, mountain biking, challenge courses, fly fishing, trap & skeet shooting, archery, rock climbing, and more. We are always seeking passionate individuals who enjoy sharing the outdoors with others.
The Technology department supports the daily operations of all Yellowstone Club departments by managing the IT systems/infrastructure and providing technology assistance to end users. The knowledge and expertise of the Technology department keeps the Club connected and all internal systems working so that the Members and guests receive the best of service while staying at Yellowstone Club. These talented individuals are required to have a broad depth of knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
The Valet team safely transports our Members and guests throughout the Club. They also provide service between the airport and the Member’s home. Valet works with the Locker Room team to transport equipment, skis or other items Members need to their residence or event location. In addition, they also provide transportation needs for special events. YC Community Foundation
The Yellowstone Club Community Foundation is supported by Yellowstone Club Members and guests, as well as local community members. YCCF has contributed millions of dollars to the local community since its inception. We are honored to partner with fantastic nonprofits addressing issues including hunger, veteran reintegration, education, and healthcare. We also support local organizations bringing arts and cultural opportunities to all ages in our communities and conserving and protecting our area’s magnificent natural environment. The Development team is responsible for all of the construction and development of new buildings, event sites, or other structures or renovations on property. In addition, they handle all snow removal on over 60+ miles of roads within the Club. This talented team is part of the inspiration that brings life to the buildings, residences and features of Yellowstone Club. Member Services Management
Member Services Management includes the senior-level leadership of the Club as well as support positions. This team is responsible for overseeing the operations of Yellowstone Club Concierge, Travel Concierge, Locker Rooms, Mountain Access, Valet, Golf Valet, Graphic design and Photography, and every aspect of the Club’s successful member services.
Gallatin Gateway Inn
Employees from all over the world come and work for Yellowstone Club through different programs. Providing accommodation and meal services is part of the package of employment for people coming as domestic, H2B and J1 visa employees. The coordination and care put into organizing and providing this service is immense and an essential part of Residential Services.
