We are using a facial recognition system for our time and attendance. This facial recognition system uses biometrics to map facial features from a photograph of you. When you clock in or out, the system will compare your face with our database of faces and match it with you.

What you need to know

Where is the biometric data held? The data is held in the USA and Ramallah, Palestine.

Who has access to the data? The data can be accessed by authorized or chosen employees and Harri staff (Harri is the company that provides the time and attendance software).

How long is the data held for? The data is held in accordance with our retention schedule.

How is the data secured? The data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

What do I need to do now?

You need to choose whether to use the biometric facial recognition system or a PIN. We can provide you with a PIN if you wish.
